Bethel Afterschool Tuition Payments

We are so thankful for the chance to have your child with us here at Bethel Afterschool & Summer Camp. In order to pay electronically, please use the below form.

Tuition Payments are separated based on Grade Level as shown below. Cost remains the same, payments are simply separated by Grade Level.

1. Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
2. 3rd - 5th Grade

Please make your selections based off of your child/childrens correct grade level. If you have students in multiple grades, please complete each section. If you only have students in one category, please leave the other selection on "None."

Please enter the required information, make your selection for the correct tuition amount, enter your card information and click submit.

Please leave additional fields "Child's Name" blank if they are not needed. Also, make sure "None" is selected in the Tuition Amount box if you don't have additional children to pay for.
